Phyllis McFadden, beloved mother, dedicated real estate professional, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on June 2, 1948, in Springfield, Ohio, Phyllis touched the lives of many throughout her vibrant journey.
For 20 years, Phyllis was a passionate realtor, known for her unwavering commitment to her clients and her impressive service as both the past vice president and president of the Madison County Area Realtors Association. Her legacy will be remembered not only in the homes she helped create but also in the relationships she fostered in the community.
Phyllis is survived by her dear companion, John Butcher, and Jim (Carolyn) Cullen, Barbara (Butcher) Reuwee, and Robert Espenshied. She will be lovingly remembered by her special friends, including Janet Webb, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Linder, Mildred Poots and family, Dallas and Cheryl Music, Mr. and Mrs. Miles Patton and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Troy Artis.
