Linda L Smith passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 8, 2025. She was born April 8, 1949 in Milton, West Virginia to Jimmie Joe and Dorothy Mae (Handley) Ramsey. She married her high school sweetheart, Harold Smith in 1967. She worked at Ranco and Scott's for many years and cherished the friendships that developed. She enjoyed bowling in traveling tournaments and being a Master Gardener. She was a mother figure to many of her children's friends and she didn't know a stranger. If you had her peanut butter fudge, you didn't want to eat anyone else's.
Linda is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harold Smith, her son and daughter; Tony Smith and Erica (Tim) Evans, and three granddaughters; Kailin Boniella, Ashley Evans and Jessica Evans. She is also survived by one brother, Joe (Patty) Ramsey and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers; Terry Ramsey and Steve Ramsey.
